the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. loved the comfy beds, they were real nice for a good night sleep. the shower worked great and was really refreshing after a long day. the location is perfect, only a few mins from europa-park, and there's a bus stop close by. breakfast was pretty decent, just enough to start the day.
the parking spots can get full at night which was kinda annoying. also, i noticed some noise from the adjacent rooms, which made it hard to relax sometimes.

The staff is super super friendly, and breakfast offers a delicious variety. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the main train station and the bus stop for Europa Park.
The hotel features outdated design, and rooms suffer from noise pollution, making it difficult to relax during your stay.

Rooms are super spacious, fit a family of four easily. Loved the shower, and the AC kept us cool. Breakfast had fresh croissants and organic juices that were a treat. Free parking was a breeze, and there's a fun Asian restaurant on-site with great sushi.
